Founded by Susan Rapp, an entrepreneur and digital media strategist, Covetboard is both an online marketplace and social community. After over a decade of working in the home fashion space and social media landscape, Susan wanted to create a destination for coveted finds featuring products in both fashion and decor.

When it comes to shopping for fashion online, customers spend hours on various websites searching through an endless catalog of products just to find something to match their own personal style.     Susan Rapp is a creative entrepreneur and experienced digital marketing strategist for technology companies and the creative industries. She has guided brands on content creation and community development, and helped companies create an engaged audience and achieve an ROI from their social media efforts. Susan has extensive experience in social media marketing and managing online communities with a combined audience size of over one million.In 2012, Susan joined technology startup CreativeLive, an online education platform funded by The Social+Capital Partnership and Greylock Partners with over $29.5 million dollars.   • Allyson Shuff
    Allyson Shuff Marketing & Branding Director

    Ally Shuff brings her extensive experience in digital marketing and brand management to Covetboard. She spearheaded her career at IMG, in the marketing and publication sector for the Daily Front Row, sole print and online publication of Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week and the Tribeca Film Festival. There she contributed to the publication’s marketing achievements as well as curating and building the magazine’s social media platforms. Ally also expanded the global footprint of PepsiCo brands including, Starbucks, Gatorade, Quaker, Tropicana, Naked Juice, Lipton and PepsiCo International. Most recently, Ally has taken her talents to IT giant, HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise).

    Ann Wimmer is a fashion expert providing trend leadership to the retail, wholesale, and trade publication industries.  She specializes in apparel, fashion accessories and home furnishings for the high-end and luxury markets. With over 20 years in the trenches, she is accomplished in leading the fashion direction in the areas of buying, merchandising, trend, and brand strategy.     Randy Schwartz is an entrepreneurial and progressive digital marketing veteran with a track record creating value and building innovation on behalf of blue-chip clients across all verticals. He’s held leadership roles across digital and data strategy, media and client services disciplines. He founded the media departments at a pair of digital start-ups, including Interpublic Group’s Reprise Media, and lead their strategy disciplines through acquisition.
