Randy Schwartz is an entrepreneurial and progressive digital marketing veteran with a track record creating value and building innovation on behalf of blue-chip clients across all verticals. He’s held leadership roles across digital and data strategy, media and client services disciplines. He founded the media departments at a pair of digital start-ups, including Interpublic Group’s Reprise Media, and lead their strategy disciplines through acquisition.

At leading global media agency Carat, he first lead the national paid search practice, and then in the strategy department, developed innovative data-based market tiering, social monitoring and earned media activation platforms for Home Depot, BMW and Coke Zero. Working with a web-crawling data aggregation firm, he built trading signals for leading hedge funds, assembled business records for data-based sales organizations, provided lead generation solutions to leading clients in Capital Management, and spun-off the firm’s IP anonymization network on a SAS model.

Most recently he lead performance marketing solutions at eBay Enterprise, on behalf of Toys “R” Us, and built a new service solution for the eBay business unit. Specifically he lead engagement with the eBay Data Science team to build new segmentation strategies and lookalike models for programmatic display by extracting leading indicators from across eBay and PayPal’s 130M online US shoppers.
